For industrial leak testing

Leak Testing Instruments

Our leak testers enable reproducible measurements and consistent test procedures for a variety of components and applications.
Technical explanation of the test method

Differential and gauge pressure testing

The purpose of a leak test is to reliably detect leaks in components and quantify them. Depending on the application, differential pressure testing, relative pressure testing, or flow measurement may be used.

The differential pressure method is particularly well-suited for high measurement accuracy and low leak rates. The relative pressure method allows for a simple test setup and fast test cycles with higher permissible leak rates.
The selection of an appropriate test method depends, among other factors, on the component geometry, leak rate, test medium, cycle time, production environment, and the required accuracy levels.
