Contact for Custom Machine Building and Industrial Automation
FAQ on Custom Machine Building, Automation Technology, and Collaboration
Which industries do you serve in the field of automation technology?
We develop custom machinery and automation solutions for various industrial sectors. These include, among others, the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, plastics processing, medical technology, and various areas of industrial mass production.
Do you develop only custom-built machines?
No. In addition to complete custom-built machines, we also develop individual automation solutions such as automated testing systems, robotic cells, feeding systems, and assembly lines. Many projects are developed as extensions of existing production lines.
What does a typical project in custom machine building look like?
A project usually begins with a technical analysis of the production requirements. This is followed by concept development, design, PLC programming, assembly, and commissioning of the system. Throughout the entire project, coordination takes place directly with the respective contacts.
Can existing production facilities be expanded?
Yes. Many projects involve the expansion or modernization of existing facilities. In these cases, we integrate new automation technology into existing production processes as efficiently as possible.
Who is the point person during a project?
Our customers work with dedicated contacts from project management, engineering, or automation technology. This ensures that technical decisions remain transparent and communication channels remain short.
Do you provide support even after the system is up and running?
Yes. After commissioning, we continue to support our customers with technical support, system adjustments, upgrades, and maintenance services for existing custom machines and automation solutions.
Do you also develop custom robot cells?
Yes. We develop robotic cells for workpiece handling, automated testing, assembly processes, and interlinked production lines. The robotics are tailored to the workpiece, the production environment, and the cycle time.
Why are custom-built machines often a better choice than standard systems?
Many production processes can only be implemented to a limited extent using standard systems. Custom-built special-purpose machines allow for adaptation to specific workpieces, manufacturing processes, and technical requirements within production.
