The LA100 quick-connect adapter establishes a pressure-tight connection to straight pipes and bores (at the inner diameter) in just a few seconds. The manually operated adapter is secured to the component by its connection seal. It is important that the test specimen and the seals remain completely dry during the test to ensure proper function and sealing. If the contact surface is contaminated with a lubricant such as water, the pressure should not exceed 1 bar—or preferably be lower.

Insert the LA100 quick-connect adapter into the component to be tested. Rotate the handle 90° to create a seal and apply the test pressure.
After the inspection, turn the handle back 90° and remove the adapter.
