The LA801 quick-connect adapter is suitable for underwater, pressure drop, and helium tests on straight pipes and boreholes with an
(internal diameter).
The connection is equipped with a safety system that prevents the LA801 from being accidentally disconnected while it is under pressure.
The radial sealing system operates reliably and effectively.
Deployment
Quick-connect adapters for underwater, pressure drop, and helium leak tests on straight pipes and boreholes (internal diameter).
Insert the LA801 quick-connect adapter into the component to be tested, or insert the quick-connect adapter into the tube.
Turn the handle 90° to seal it and apply the test pressure.
After the inspection, turn the handle back 90° and remove the adapter.

If the hardness value of the test specimen is less than 40 HRB, the surface roughness value must be greater than Ra 0.16 to ensure a tight seal; copper pipes and other materials may be connected as needed. |
