The LA101 quick-connect adapter establishes a pressure-tight connection to straight pipes and fittings (based on the outer diameter) in just a few seconds. The manually operated adapter encloses the test piece with its seal. It is important that the test piece and the seals remain completely dry during the test to ensure proper function and sealing. If the contact surface is contaminated with a lubricant such as water, the pressure should not exceed 1 bar—or preferably be lower.
Deployment
Quick-connect adapters for pressure and vacuum testing of straight pipes (outer diameter) or pipes with crimped ends, flared ends, flanges, or hose fittings.

Insert the component to be tested into the LA101 quick-connect adapter, or attach the quick-connect adapter to the tube.
Turn the handle 90° to seal it and apply the test pressure.
After the inspection, turn the handle back 90° and remove the adapter.
